As most of you know, Joggin’ for Frogmen was created as a way to honor the warriors lost on EXTORTION 17 on August 6, 2011. This year we will be going back to our roots and holding a world-wide virtual event to honor this date. This August we want to honor those incredible men and their families.
Along with the EXTORTION 17 Memorial Run/Walk/Ruck, JFF has 5 in person races across the country. Our goal is to activate the JFF community to join us at a race near you, run virtually, or set up a “Shadow Event” in your local area with friends and family. These options will give our supporters multiple ways to continue to give back.

You can expect your order to arrive within four weeks AFTER the date of the race for which you are registered.
Anywhere! This is your virtual run, and we want you to safely complete it wherever you want. Sidewalks, paths, treadmill—make this run your own! Want to run with a stroller or your pet? Do it! We just ask that you tag us @jogginforfrogmen so we can see these great photos!
If you want to set up a private Shadow Event for you and your friends, fill out this form and we will contact you with additional information.
It’s a family affair! The Tadpole Trot is a 50-100 yard dash kids ages 6 and under. The Tadpole Trot will occur after the 5K. Kids can jog/walk the 5k with their parent/guardian then head over the the Tadpole Trot! Each child must be accompanied by an adult, and participants of the Tadpole Trot need to register and pick up their t-shirts at packet pickup times.
We will have the following heats: Under 2, 2-3 year olds, 4-5 year old, 6+
You can walk, run or ruck. It is up to you and we will have plenty of participants who will walk.
Yes. The courses are mostly pavement but some do have hills. If you choose to run with a baby jogger, please seed yourself toward the back of the start line. It is your responsibility to make sure the baby jogger does not impede other runners, and you must take extra precaution to ensure your safety, your child’s safety and the safety of the runners around you. We reserve the right to pull any person from the race who is endangering other runners or themselves.
